The Cardinal Compass: An Accelerated College and Career Prep Course is a one-week summer program, perfect for rising high school seniors who want to explore career paths, discover their strengths, and build confidence for life after high school. During the program, you’ll dive into interactive workshops that help you uncover your passions, sharpen your leadership skills, and design a roadmap for your future.

This isn’t just another lecture-based program… here we’ll learn by doing! Each day is filled with hands-on activities, team challenges, and mentoring sessions. You’ll practice networking, develop your personal “elevator pitch,” and hear from inspiring guest speakers from fields like business, government, education, and the arts. By the end of camp, you’ll walk away with a personalized College and Career Roadmap, practical skills for the journey ahead, and a clearer vision of the many paths open to you.
